Just a short note of appreciation for the wonderful work you did for us. You brought such great enthusiasm and buoyant optimism to one of the most trying and difficult transitions--selling a house and relocating. We are the people on your website for whom our house was sold in just eight days.
But selling in eight days can always be done if a house is being given away. What you did, instead, was to take your time and do all the necessary comparisons—feature by feature, detail by detail—with the other houses of comparable worth and physical setting. As a result we not only sold our house in record time, but received a very fair and equitable price in a down market.

Dear Sandy,
I am thoroughly enjoying the new house that I purchased earlier this year. I am also glad I chose the Hudson Valley after looking in other areas If anyone is reading this, and trying to decide on a "buyers agent" I would highly recommend Sandy for the following reasons:
- She thoroughly understands the market
- Can differentiate the needs of a "weekender" vs. full time resident
- Can leverage expert professionals (lawyers, bankers, etc) that I was completely comfortable with.
- Truly a buyers agent and not afraid of push back from the sellers agent when making an offer.

Finding a good deal on a home
Dear Sandy,
We wanted to write and thank you for all your hard work in helping us find our home. We know that we were very challenging and picky clients (being a designer and producer from Manhattan, we know we were a little higher maintenance than your average customer!), and you never lost your patience or enthusiasm during our six months of working together. We appreciated your honesty and ability to spot a deal- both good and bad. Considering it was our first house purchase and we were a bit nervous, we felt that you took great care of us throughout the entire process and never pressured us: viewing almost 100 homes (yes, we kept count!), doing extensive on line research, and referring us to great people in there area including inspectors & lawyers.

- Her patience is also renowned and coupled with her ability to work doggedly to support your interests, you can relax knowing that if a sudden opportunity pops up, Sandy won't be found "asleep at the wheel".
Having worked with Sandy many times over the last 5 years, its important to add that her work is not done after the closing. Sandy is always available to assist with finding that plumber or handyman in your time of need. Like I said she knows the area well so its second nature to her.
